hello all!

Later this month marks Gronk’s 3rd anniversary as an online comic! april 30th to be precise… so I expect some Gronk birthday art in my inbox!

But really, I’ve had so much fun with this comic and it’s really been fun to evolve Gronk from a cute drawing in my sketchbooks into a character that has a personality that is evolving and growing (same thing with Dale). My daughter recently turned 2… so I imagine that as she grows into toddler-dom, Gronk may take on some of her traits (as my kid is proving to be a little monster herself).

I’ll be at C2E2 in Chicago in a couple weeks… come see me!

enjoy some vintage Gronk artwork from 2004! Back before Gronk was a comic, I drew her all the time in little illustrations like this and posted them on my livejournal account.

But, while the Gronk website is going through some changes to deal with the pharmaspam problems, you get classic gronk from back in the day. (I have HUNDREDS of pieces of art like this!). Gronk is moving to a new host and blah blah blah… The amazing Chris over at http://www.801red.com is in charge (he designed the Gronk site!)

The site may also disappear for a couple days. No worries. It’ll be back.
